Explanation of Columns

League/Clubs CountryDespite the Welsh Premier League - Swansea City and Cardiff City play in the Premier League or EFL Championship.
Monaco does not have a professional league. AS Monaco FC plays in the French football league system.
All clubs in Liechtenstein play in the Swiss football league system.
Major League Soccer (MLS) is based in the USA, but both the American and Canadian soccer teams play there.
New Zealand club Wellington Phoenix competes in the Australian A-League.
I-League shares the top spot in the Indian football system with the Indian Super League (ISL) - franchise-based league.
The ISL has been granted official recognition by the AFC, meaning there are two collateral top divisions in India from 2017/18.
PtsPoints (the KA League Points) obtained by single league according the KA Algorithms System.
The value reflecting to the application of two types of algorithms: the Attraction & Impact Factors (AIF: FI2/CFRI) and
the Continental Competitions Factors (CCF) ; for both weight is aprox. 50%.
the KA Rate CodeThe first characters refer to the class name;
the next digits refer to the KA League Coefficient calculated on the basis of the assigned points & the place held;
the KA League Coefficient constitutes 33% of the weight of the KA Club Coefficient used for the KA Football Club Global Rating;
the last digit refers to the League Threshold ;
this Treshold index determines the number of teams from the single league, which qualify for
the KA Football Club Global Rating in accordance with the „national algorithm” (one of two used qualification algorithms);
e.g. if Treshhold is "3" this means that clubs holding 1 to 3 places qualify for the Chamber Classes;
clubs in places from 4 to 6 qualify for the Bench class (Treshhold x 2);
clubs in places from 7 to 15 qualify for the Scarf class (Treshold x 5);
additionally, the "plus" sign means that the qualification for the Chamber Classes is also awarded to the winner of domestic cup;
if Threshold is „0” - clubs can be qualified only to the Antechamber Classes (according to the „national algorithm”).
Fed RankThe place held by the continental Federation/Confederation to which the country belongs in the KA Federation Ranking;
necessary coefficients & converters for the KA Ratings are determined in the KA Federation Ranking.
Cont RankThe place held by the country in the KA Continental Competitions League Ranking,
in which it is determined the CCF (see explanation of the "Pts");
the CCF is calculated on the basis of the results of clubs in the continental competitions from the last 4 years;
the competitions taken into account: UEFA Champions League, UEAF Europa League, CAF Champions League,
CAF Confederation Cup, AFC Champions League, AFC Cup, CONCACAF Champions League,
CONCACAF League, CFU Club Champions' Cup, OFC Champions League,
Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana.
The CCF takes into account the strength of the continental federation determined on the basis of the KA Federation Ranking.
FIFA NT RankThe place held by the country in the The FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking
(provisional Ranking formed July 2018 - the last of the old system);
the place has a slight impact for the AIF (see explanation of the "Pts");
in the case of second level leagues listed in the KA Rating - this number is not given.
+/- PlaceDifference in relation to the position held in the previous season.
up/down ClassDifference in relation to the class assigned in the previous season; two arrows indicate promotion / degradation by two classes;
two arrows and an exclamation mark - promotion / degradation by more than two classes; the cirled bullet - no change;
teardrop (spoked asterisk) means the new entry.
Players FWCNumber of players representing the league who participated in the last FIFA WC 2018;
this number is fundamental to determining the AIF (see explanation of the "Pts");
the number refers to players who were also present in the lower leagues of the country system,
although in a case of England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Russia, Portugal,
Belgium and Turkey figures are given separately for the 1st division and 2nd division;
it means also, that players from theese countries who played in the lower divisions than second are not inluded in the table;
clubs promoted to upper divisions at the end of the season are considered as "upper division clubs"
and conseqently clubs relegated to lower divisions at the end of the season are treated as "lower division clubs"
Players Cont ChNumber of players representing the single country league system who participated in the last
continental championships before the date of Rating: UEFA Euro 2016, Coupe d'Afrique des Nations 2017, AFC Asian Cup 2015,
CONCAF Gold Cup 2017, OFC Nations Cup 2016 and Copa América 2016;
this number is slightly to determining the AIF (see explanation of the "Pts");
the number refers to players who were also present in the lower leagues of the country system;
in the case of second level leagues listed in the KA Rating (England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Russia, Portugal, Belgium
and Turkey) - this number is not given, because it is already included in the number assigned to the first league.
