There was no play-off phase during the Caribbean Club Championship 2019 and therefore the final match was not played. Portmore United was the winner.

CONCACAF Caribbean Club Championship 2020

The play-offs were originally scheduled for May 8-13, 2020. On April 3, 2020, CONCACAF announced the suspension of the final stage due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, the final match was not played. Atlético Pantoja has been determined by the results of the group stage as a club which advance to CONCACAF Champions League 2021.
