Leagues Ranking
Every league in the the KA Global Football Leagues Rating (determined twice for the season)is assigned a number of points (the KA League Points).
The KA League Points decide on the place held by the league in the world football league ranking (and consequently about the class, represented by the number of stars).
The KA League Points are calculated according to the formula:
= (ICL Points x 3 + Attraction & Impact Factor x 2 + Country Index x 1) / 6
The ICL Points in the formula are a combination of the Continent Index and the Continental Strength Factor.
Continent Index
Power Index Federation (PIF) is related to strength of the continent (continental federation/confederation) from the perspective of clubs and leagues (not national teams).
Sum of indexes assigned to all continents is 100%.
The PIF combined with the Continental Strength Factor gives Inter-Continental League Points (ICL Points).
More about Continental Indexes one can find here.
